Lana Jackson

Dive into the world of Lana Jackson, who lights up the stage not only as Mrs. Phelps in "Matilda" but with every role she embraces, especially the quirky, laughter-inducing ones.

Lana's heart is set on Greece, where ancient tales and stark, white buildings by the sea spark her imagination, almost as if she's stepping into a storybook scene from the Bible itself.

Now, let's flip the script to a story right out of the Bible close to Lana's heart—the story of Ruth. Much like Ruth's journey of faith and perseverance, Lana's own narrative is woven with threads of determination and a steadfast belief in following one's path, wherever it may lead.

Back at her cozy nook (her bedroom), the delightful duo Sandy and Lace, her cheeky cockatiels, are the main act, bringing smiles and a touch of whimsy to the Jackson household with their fun and different personalities.

When it's time to kick back, Lana's all about Morro Bay vibes, soaking in the laid-back charm and making memories with her crew. This is a tradition for her family that she looks forward to every year.

But here's the kicker—Lana's superpower? She's a friend-making wizard, weaving bonds with folks from all walks of life, leaving no one a stranger. In Lana's world, every day is an adventure, filled with art, laughter, and a whole lot of heart.

~ MS Dance ~

The Middle School Dance this year was an outstanding success, with the "Candyland" theme bringing a sweet twist to the evening! It was a vibrant turnout, with students and staff alike diving into the festive atmosphere. The night kicked off with a delightful dinner, setting the stage for an evening filled with dancing, laughter, and friendly competition. The dance floor was alive with energy, from the synchronized steps of line dancing to the show-stopping break dancing competition, where CJ Bell took home the win. Games like the Candy Walk added a fun interactive element that the kids adored. Mr. Wipperman led the occasional conga line, adding to the night's spirited fun. A heartfelt shoutout to Mrs. Roberts and her Student Council Team, whose dedication and hard work were instrumental in orchestrating such a memorable event. Hosted in the elementary campus gym, the night was a perfect blend of fun, dance, games, and cherished moments with our fantastic staff, making it an unforgettable experience for all.

~ Elementary SPIRIT WEEK ~

Elementary School Spirit Week at our school was an absolute blast this year, marked by an incredible show of camaraderie and school spirit! The highlight was undoubtedly when our enthusiastic High School Student Council members took the time to visit our younger students, leading them through an array of enjoyable activities. From engaging in a fun limbo contest to the exhilarating game of sharks and minnows, and not forgetting the classic three-legged race, the children were immersed in joy and laughter. Each class brought their creative best, crafting unique posters that encapsulated their class spirit, which they proudly paraded into the gym amidst vibrant cheers and chants. The week wasn't just about fun and games; it culminated in a meaningful Bible lesson that underscored the importance of being a team player and the significant impact one individual can have on a group's collective experience. It was a week that left our students with cherished memories and valuable lessons.
